Born
in the USSR, Tatiana has 33 years coaching experience.
Her accolades and accomplishments are many. Tatiana was
a member of the USSR National Team with Olga Korbut. She
has produced 12 World and European champions, choreographed
numerous international events, and has been the choreographer
for several US National Team members including the present
All-Around Olympic Gold Medallist Carly Patterson. |

Alex
has been coaching for over 24 years both here in the United
States and the Soviet Union. He began his career at age
7 and by the time he was 11 he was the Junior National
Champion of the Soviet Union. He was a Soviet National
team member from 1978 to 1984. Alex has worked with the
Soviet Union Nationals Team, was the Ukrainian Junior
National Boys team head coach, the Poland National Women
Head Coach where he won the European National Championships.
In 2005 he was the head coach of the Ukrainian National
Women's Team. His overall record is unparalleled with
his team members consistently scoring in the top three
positions in local, regional and national competitions.
He is looking forward to a long and successful career
with Eagle's Wings. |

Greg
has been coaching since 1989,with a dedication to build
programs from the bottom to the top. He has prepared and
help prepare athletes for State, Regionals and National
Competitions. He also prepared athletes for events for
events which include TOPS National Team and Elite Testing.
Greg has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology
from ASU and is safety and CPR certified. |

Virginia
has been coaching gymnastics for 14 years and is currently
coaching Levels 4 and 5 here at Eagle’s Wings. She
attended college in Minnesota at St. Cloud State University
and studied gymnastics in Budapest, Hungary. She loves
gymnastics and has coached in Tegucigalpa, Honduras as
well as working for Bela Karolyi in Houston and for WOGA
both in North Dallas and Plano. |

Alan
Kirby was born in Sherman, TX where he resided until his
college years. Alan graduated from The University of North
Texas in 1990 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Two
weeks after graduation he married his High School sweetheart,
and in 1991 Alan and his new bride moved to Duluth, Minnesota
where he opened his own gym called The Gymnastics Academy.
In 1998 he sold his gym and became the Gymnastics Director
for the Superior YMCA in Superior, Wisconsin. In 2001
Alan found himself back where he truly belongs, TEXAS!
He was the program director at the IASIS Center from 2001-2002,
and in 2005 had a short career as a business consultant.
Alan has coached 8 State Champions, 3 Regional Champions,
and 1 National Champion gymnast. He also had 1 of his
Elite gymnasts compete in the 1998 US Championships. |

Maria
was a competitive gymnast growing up. Her love for the
sport lead her to coaching. Maria started coaching in
1994 at Richardson Gymnastics. She got married in 1998
and has since had three children. She has two boys who
are currently involved in the team program here at Eagle’s
Wings, and a daughter, no doubt a future gymnast. In 2006
Maria’s brother Greg Schram had the opportunity
to come coach at Eagle’s Wings. After 12 years of
coaching at RGT Maria decided to come to Eagle’s
Wings so her sons could still be coached by their Uncle,
and she would be closer to them. Maria has coached girls
from age 2 all the way to competitive level 5, and boys
age 2 to pre-team. Maria is currently involved with the
preschool program, Hot Wings and the TAAF team here at
Eagle’s Wings Athletics. |

Coach
Jason Hughes has been involved in gymnastics since his
senior year of high school in 1999. He has taught all
age groups and ability levels from Preschool up to competitive
level gymnastics. Coach Jason has worked at various gymnastics
facilities within the Allen and McKinney area. Coach Jason
enjoys working with children of all age groups. He cares
about quality instruction as well as student enjoyment
from his input and instruction from day to day.
Coach Jason is a former Lovejoy ISD employee. He worked
at Hart Elementary in Lucas as the PE Asst. for grades
K-6th. After one year of teaching he decided it was time
to serve his country in the US Army. Coach Jason was in
service for 3 years as a medic with 3rd Infantry Division
(Ft. Stewart, Ga.). Recently finished with his time in
service (July 06) he is working with kids again, teaching
a sport he enjoys. He is currently finishing where he
left off in his academics by getting a BSN in nursing
and eventually becoming a CRNA. |
